Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives! The event was very simple, but still beautiful.
I only have two regrets from that day. 1) For some reason I’ve yet to figure out, I didn’t hug my dad after he walked me down the aisle. For real?! My dad holds such a special place in my heart and I still cringe when I think about it! And 2) not putting a bigger priority on our wedding photography. We have lots of family group images, but both of us now really wish we had more of the details and the moments and emotion shared with loved ones on that life-changing day. Our photos are really all that remain (besides our relationship, of course!) and we know now how wonderful it would be to have photos capturing the emotion and story of a day we hold so dear.
