STEP TWO: ON THE CALENDAR

It’s meant to be! You’re a Chris Warren match and we’re so excited to serve you! To save your date on our calendar, we’ll send you an online agreement so you can review your wedding coverage as a couple and pay the reservation deposit. Now that you’re official, the real fun begins!

STEP THREE: ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS

Let the real experience begin! It’s time to book your engagement session. Going into it, many of our couples seem to dread this, but by the time the session’s over we nearly ALWAYS get to hear “that was fun!” We love helping our clients feel at ease and the e-session is key in doing that. This time is super valuable for getting to know each other and gaining a feel for working together. Your session will also be featured on our blog and, if you have chosen to gain access, we’ll send you a link to your online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.

STEP FOUR: LET'S PLAN

About 12 weeks before your wedding day, we’ll start working with you to be sure you are prepared and ready for the big day. After photographing nearly 100 weddings, we know the ins-and-outs of wedding day schedules. We’ll help create a custom timeline for your event, set up to include time for all the images you’ve dreamed about. Whether it’s the thoughtful details, fun with friends, or those amazing romantic portraits under the glowing sunset, we’ll help you arrange your day to ensure you have opportunities for the images that are important to you.

STEP FIVE: CELEBRATE!

It’s here!! There’s nothing quite like the excitement and joy of your wedding day. This is the part of our job that is hard to call “work” because we love it so much. We get to share this amazing time with you, capturing the whole story of your day, from the traditional images that every bride wants to (what we really love) those special unplanned, emotional moments in between. One of our favorite parts of the day is the romantic portrait time we get with the bride and groom. We also love getting to work with your friends and family and consider it a blessing to celebrate you with the ones you love.

STEP SIX: YOURS TO CHERISH

We believe very strongly in the importance of being able to relive and share your life-changing day for years to come. An album full of memories to cherish and share with those you love (now and in the future) is literally invaluable. We feel it would be a disservice if we did not provide each of our couples the opportunity to have such a keepsake. We design a beautiful storybook album for every one of our clients, which Chris will present after your wedding. At that time, you will also receive the link to your online gallery where all your images are available to download and share any way you like. If you have opted to order an album, you’ll also receive the link to begin customizing it to perfection.
